Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa,
MasterCard and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards
which bear the Visa or MasterCard logo, also American Express card are
accepted.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you
can, as long as you call the company 1 (one) hour before.

What if the service I order is not available?
The vast majority of
the times it does not happen. However if for any reason a situation
like this arises we will notify you as soon as possible through the way
you have indicated us to do so, i.e., (Phone, E-mail, etc).
We are aware this might be an inconvenient (although it rarely occurs),
but, please rest assure that we will work with you to solve any incident
favorably for you .

Can I order a car at a different address?
Yes! Just
tell the operator where you want the car.
